My coaching supports early-career professionals as they take their next big step — whether that’s stepping into management for the first time or transitioning into a new professional path.
Some of the transitions I’ve recently supported include:
Relocating countries often goes hand in hand with these transitions. It can accelerate growth, test your confidence, and offer a powerful opportunity for reinvention.
Having personally transitioned across industries — from Insurance to Consulting to SaaS — and across countries — from Ireland & Switzerland to London & Amsterdam — I understand both the frustration and satisfaction of starting fresh, navigating cultural barriers, and the joy of ultimately finding yourself exactly where you want to be, doing exactly what you want to do!
Coaching wasn’t part of my original plan, but it’s become a natural extension of my work over the past seven years.
Now, I’m creating dedicated space to offer it more intentionally
.
My approach is grounded in both professional experience and personal practice:
I take a pragmatic and deeply personalised approach — combining an understanding of demanding professional environments with insight into how people actually think, feel, and perform within them.
I’ve been where you are; I know what these roles can take out of you and what it takes to grow through them. And I also know there’s more to life than the job title.
How it works:
(This is the therapy-like part of coaching!)
I’m neither a passive listener or constant cheerleader. Unlike a therapist, these sessions are not reflective, philosophical reviews of the past; I’ll offer my perspective and advice, based on my own experiences. I’ll challenge your assumptions, and support you in taking meaningful action — much like a sports coach who pushes you to stretch beyond your comfort zone, beyond your own expectations, while fostering a safe landing environment.
Sessions can take place in person or online, depending on what works best for you.
Before you commit, explore your options.
• Research 4-5 coaches online
• Ask for two recommendations from different people
• Speak with two or three coaches who resonate with you
Then, go with your instinct — who did you genuinely enjoy speaking with? Who felt like the right fit, even if not the “logical” one? Coaching is a partnership built on trust and connection, so follow your gut.
And if, after two sessions, you’re not feeling optimistic or supported — change coach. This process should feel energising and constructive from the start.
