What we do

Adapt to suit your startup's needs

  1. Quick diagnosis (2-3 weeks) on what operations/ leadership gaps you need to fill and a draft roadmap detailing how you can do this (alone or with our support)
  2. Interim or part-time COO while you're searching for/not yet ready to introduce new full time leadership role(s)
  3. Put out the fires and prepare your incoming COO/leader for a smooth onboarding and systematic transition of decision-making
  4. Coach founder(s) and leadership through the onboarding transition

Diagnosis and Interim COO services

The scan: 

  • 4-6 weeks for a full review and roadmap to handover power to you to execute. 
  • Includes clarifying requirements for incoming leadership & focus areas 


Interim COO while you recruit: 

  • 2-3 week initial review and planning for the coming months - what's urgent/high priority?
  • Identify and agree priorities of key processes to be created/ reviewed/ implemented as well as execution milestones 
  • Define & agree what done is & expected end time & final budget

Onboarding & transition of decision making from founders to leadership/management

Welcoming a new leader requires thoughtful planning and iterative discussions to maintain alignment and a clean transfer from the original to the new member(s). Most startups struggle and lose lots of time here. 

  • We provide founders with a map of what the incoming COO will need, by when, and how the founders can most effectively deliver this. 
  • We coach you and your incoming peer(s) through this transition, using the knowledge we've acquired in the previous phases to enable both sides to get off to a great start.
